Before You Begin: Getting Started
Before You Begin: Getting Started
A successful mentoring relationship begins with building trust, getting to know one another, and establishing shared expectations. Taking time at the beginning of the program to discuss your backgrounds, interests, goals, and communication preferences can help create a strong foundation for meaningful conversations throughout the mentorship.
This optional session will help you get to know one another, discuss your goals and expectations, and create a plan for making the most of your mentorship experience.
