How to watch with audio description

  1. Navigate to Settings (the gear icon) in the Vimeo video controls.

  2. Under the Audio option, switch the track from Original Audio to English (Audio Descriptions).

Audio description has been provided through partnership of Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder Strategic Relations and Communications and the Digital Accessibility Office. To learn more about audio description support and digital accessibility resources for the Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder campus, please email DigitalAccessibility@Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô.EDU

The findings will provide important insights into how circadian rhythms can be measured outside of the laboratory and how morning light exposure influences circadian hormones.
