Work-study payroll dates
ÌýSubmit your timesheet: must be entered and approved in the Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Payroll system by noon on each time collection due date. Dates are subject to change. Refer to the for updates.
Deadline to begin earning
Work-study students must begin earning by October 1 for fall semester and February 1 for spring. If they cannot begin working by this date, the student or the employer must contact our office before the deadline, or their work-study will be automatically canceled. Review more work-study dates.
Final pay period for summer is August 2 to 15.
- On-campus time collectionÌýdue: Aug. 20

- Pay date: Aug. 28
Students who will graduate in Summer 2026Ìýmust stop working on August 15. They can work until the last day of class.
