Judicial Branch

The Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Student Government Court is composed of seven lifetime-appointed justices, led by a Chief and Deputy Chief Justice, who interpret and enforce the Ä¢¹½Ó°ÒôSG Constitution. The Court holds sole jurisdiction over constitutional questions, issuing binding opinions that shape Ä¢¹½Ó°ÒôSG’s authority and operations. Bar Advocates, trained and regulated by the Court’s Bar Advocate Commission, act as pseudo-attorneys to provide free and impartial representation for students in judicial cases. Together, the Court and Bar Advocates uphold the Constitution’s legitimacy and ensure Ä¢¹½Ó°ÒôSG remains accountable to the student body it represents. The judicial office is UMC 136, past the main Ä¢¹½Ó°ÒôSG office.Ìý
