Named after University of Ģ��Ӱ�� President Elizabeth Hoffman, who adopted the phrase, “The University Without Walls,” to capture her vision for Ģ��Ӱ��,��the Hoffman Scholars program is an endowed fund that��gives undergraduate & graduate students the opportunity to accompany mentors at the Center for the American West to forums and conferences that provide a close-up glimpse of current and often controversial Western American issues. Past Hoffman scholars have presented at the American Association of Geographers about our Indigenous Connections at Rocky Mountain National Park, visited��to Wyoming’s Powder River Basin to explore split-estate issues, attended a Bureau of Land Management public affairs conference in New Mexico, and so much more. Students’ travel expenses and registration fees are fully covered by the fund.
