As a graduate or law student, you may be eligible to petition for in-state residency for Fall 2026, provided you established physical presence in Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô on or before Aug. 19, 2025, and take the necessary steps to establish legal ties by the time periods outlined below.

After our initial review, we requested additional documentation or clarification regarding your residency petition. As you did not submit the required documentation, your petition is now closed and will no longer be processed.

On your behalf, Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder has granted you an institutional waiver that allows your COF funding to continue through Summer 2026.

Automatic enrollment ends on Aug. 29; waitlists are canceled on Sept. 8.
