Indemnification
The State of Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô authorized specific entities within the state to accept indemnification. The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) at the University of Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG’s authority.
Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder is a nonprofit, public, and governmental institution of higher education with a primary focus on academics and research. Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder cannot cover a sponsor’s loss. Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder shall be responsible for its ownnegligent acts or omissions as covered under Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder’s self-insurance policy.
