Originally from Youngstown, Ohio, Aaron earned both his bachelor's degree in Psychology and his master's degree in Counseling from Youngstown State University. As a first-generation college graduate, he is passionate about supporting students through a holistic approach that recognizes their unique experiences and strengths. Before joining the Residence Life team at Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder in late 2025, Aaron held roles in undergraduate admissions and residence life at three institutions, building experience in recruitment, student support and creating communities where students can thrive.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys spending time with friends playing games, exploring the beautiful scenery around Boulder and hanging out with his two cats, Squid and Inky.
