Jessi was born and raised in Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô, where she has dedicated her career to leadership development and higher education. She is the Assistant Director at the University of Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder's Center for Leadership, focusing on student growth and leadership development across campus. Jessi is passionate about helping students realize their potential and making meaningful and innovative impacts in her community. Prior to working at Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder, Jessi spent time at both Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô State University and the University of Northern Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô. She holds a M.S. Organizational Leadership (Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder) and B.A. Communication Studies (Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô State University).Ìý

Outside her professional life, she enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking, paddleboarding, and skiing. She is also an avid reader, and currently serves on the Broomfield Library Friends Foundation Board of Directors and on the One Book One Broomfield committee.
