ÌýÌýPh.D. Chemical and Biological Engineering, 2025–present

Michelle is a PhD student in biological engineering interested in uncovering new mechanisms for phage defense in bacteria. Before coming to Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô, she attended Cornell University, where she studied recombinant protein expression in microalgae, and then worked as a process development scientist at Merck & Co. Outside the lab, she enjoys climbing, hiking, and watching birds in the backyard with her cat, Friday.
