State of Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô COMPS Orders and furlough requirements do NOT impact Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô

The State of Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô is implementing two State Orders that do NOTÌýimpact the University of Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder.

Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order

The Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order (currently and proposed ) overhauls wage and pay regulations, including overtime, meal and rest breaks, overtime exemption standards, and other related areas for many Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô employers.Ìý However, these COMPS Orders do NOT impact Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô.Ìý There are NO changes to how Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô manages overtime, meal or rest breaks.Ìý Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô continues to follow the federal Fair Labor Standards Act for overtime requirements and eligibility.

Campus departments should NOT post any as Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô is not impacted by these Orders.Ìý
