The Employee Benefits & Wellness Fair is your opportunity to discover the many resources, benefits, and services available to support your health and well-being at the University of Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder. Explore exhibits from campus departments and community organizations, connect one-on-one with benefit providers, and learn about programs designed to help you thrive both personally and professionally.Ìý
Throughout the fair, attendees can participate in free interactive wellness activities, receive health and wellness services, enjoy giveaways, and discover new tools to support every dimension of well-being. As you explore the fair, be sure to participate in our Wellness Passport engagement activity by collecting Dimensions of Wellness stickers from participating exhibitors. Completed passports earn additional entries into the event prize drawing, making it a fun way to discover new resources while increasing your chances to win. Whether you're looking to maximize your employee benefits, improve your wellness, or simply connect with colleagues and campus resources, the fair offers something for everyone.Ìý

Volunteer with Employee Health and Well-Being (EHWB) at Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder to help create a welcoming, engaging experience for attendees and be a part of campus well-being. From event setup to check-in and wayfinding, you'll play an important role while connecting with the campus community.Ìý

BNC Meal Kits
Grab a free meal kit from the Basic Needs Center (BNC)! The BNC will be at the fair from 12-6 p.m. but meal kits will only be handed out from 4:30-6 p.m. 100 meal kits are available on a first-come, first-served basis.ÌýÌý

Swag Swap
Ready to refresh your Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô gear? Looking for a sustainable way to pass along Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô swag you no longer use? Donate your gently used, clean Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô-branded items—such as hats, shirts, water bottles, jackets, bags, and more—and help give them a second life!Ìý
Swag Swap donations will be collected until October 15, 2026, during Wardenburg Health Center's regular business hours. Simply drop off your items in the designated Swag Swap donation bin located at the 2nd Floor Information Desk. The donation bin will be clearly marked with H&W Summit Swag Swap signage.Ìý
Then, join us at the H&W Summit Employee Benefits & Wellness Fair to browse and take home some new-to-you Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô gear!
