Ryan Pollard, PhD CCC-SLP is an associate clinical professor in the Speech, Language & Hearing Sciences department at Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Boulder. He teaches courses on communication disorders, counseling, and disability studies. He also recently started Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô’s MFA program in creative writing. His work has appeared inÌýBellevue Literary Review, Redivider, Valparaiso Fiction Review, Litro, and elsewhere. He’s been nominated for the PEN/Dau Short Story Prize and longlisted for the Front Range Book Prize. His writing is unique in that it tends to center the experiences of people with disabilities.
