Paula DuPont (they/them), LCSW, is a Deaf Disabled therapist at WellPower providing culturally and linguistically accessible, trauma-informed mental health services to Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, and other individuals with intersecting identities across Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô’s Front Range. In addition to their clinical work, Paula serves as the Interim BoardÌýPresident of Deaf Overcoming Violence Through Empowerment (DOVE), supporting Deaf survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and other forms of interpersonal violence. They also serve on the Board of Directors for The Giving Cypress Foundation (TGCF), which expands access to nature-based wellness and holistic healing for equity-deserving communities. Paula is an Advisory Board Member for DeafLEAD’s national 988 videophone and text services, helping advance accessible crisis response for Deaf communities nationwide. They are part of Ä¢¹½Ó°Òô Daylight Partnership’s Core Team, supporting efforts to strengthen culturally and linguistically responsive behavioral health and substance use services for Deaf Coloradans. Through their clinical practice, advocacy, and leadership, Paula is dedicated to advancing equity, accessibility, community empowerment, and holistic well-being for Deaf individuals, families, and communities.Ìý
